Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Advocate for user needs and accessibility standards in all design deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes and case studies.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
