Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a 24/7 environment.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with IT policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of local area networks (LAN) and internet protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus but not required.
