Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows/macOS)
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops in enterprise environment
- Document tickets and solutions in ServiceNow platform
- Assist with network troubleshooting (WiFi, VPN, switches)

Qualifications
