Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and persona development
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs and maintain design integrity
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize user engagement
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of design processes and decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from research to implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
