Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine prompt strategies to optimize model accuracy and performance for diverse use cases.
- Analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations, biases, or logical fallacies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, developers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
- Maintain and expand our internal library of high-performing prompts and templates.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI research.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to determine optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in prompt engineering, AI model fine-tuning, or NLP.
- Deep understanding of how Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) process and generate text.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on logic and reasoning.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, style, and tone nuances.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
