Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and clients for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes (research, wireframing, prototyping).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
