- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Support VoIP systems and cloud-based applications
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto devices
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
