Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD

- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring scalability
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Analyze user behavior metrics to inform iterative design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
