Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and wireless networking equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues for end-users and servers.
- Perform regular network audits, security updates, and patch management to ensure system integrity.
- Manage and document network infrastructure, including cabling diagrams and configuration logs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement scalable network solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
