Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Craft sophisticated, multi-turn prompts to maximize the accuracy and creativity of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Evaluation: Develop and execute rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model performance against specific business metrics.
- Strategy Development: Formulate prompt engineering strategies that align with product goals and user experience objectives.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously analyze model outputs, identify failure modes, and iterate on prompt structures to improve reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt-based features into production systems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, edge cases, and best practices for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in prompt engineering, computational linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning workflows.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) and coding in Python for automation.
