Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for web/mobile projects
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Analyze user data to inform design improvements and business decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
