Responsibilities

- Document best practices and maintain a centralized prompt library for organizational knowledge
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into client-facing applications
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles and ethical AI implementation
- Stay current with emerging AI research and adapt techniques accordingly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or applied NLP roles
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong analytical skills with experience designing experiments
- Excellent written communication and ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
