Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover insights
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems and maintain consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to elevate team output
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic vision
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (usability testing, A/B testing, analytics)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user-centered rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and visual design excellence
