As a key member of our product design team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to research, prototype, and launch user-centered solutions. Your expertise will directly impact millions of users while growing your career in one of America's most design-forward cities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and design sprint facilitation
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
