Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewalls
- Document network topology and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure hybrid infrastructure
- Respond to outages with SLA-compliant resolution procedures
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers (Wireshark)
- Knowledge of network automation tools (Ansible/Python)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
