Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and document results with precision
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Write clear, concise test plans and test scenarios
- Automate regression tests using Selenium or Cypress
- Validate UI/UX functionality across browsers and devices
- Continuously improve testing processes and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in QA/testing (internships welcome)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
