Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Document test results using JIRA and Confluence for clear team communication
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Design regression test suites for product updates and releases
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and quality assurance ceremonies
- Maintain comprehensive test environments and documentation
- Analyze product requirements to define test scenarios and coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation
- Certified QA Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
