Responsibilities

- Reporting & Dashboards: Create clear, visual data reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to support business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Equity Participation: Engage in company growth discussions and understand the value of equity options within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Excel is highly preferred; willingness to learn is a must.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors in data and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
