Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments
- Automate deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost management strategies
- Ensure security compliance through IAM policies, encryption, and network segmentation
- Develop monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity implementation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate cloud solutions into CI/CD workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer preferred)
