Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize actionable insights
- Develop design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through weekly critique sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with B2B SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and user research methodologies
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-level products
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with data-driven design decisions (A/B testing, analytics)
- Background in agile development workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
