Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Develop user personas, user stories, and journey maps to guide the design process.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Craft intuitive user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong, polished design portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects with clear process documentation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
