Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Optimize data retrieval processes to improve query performance and system efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift and manage time effectively.
