Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to present findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and metrics that track KPIs and business performance, providing deep insights into company operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); and experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
