Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to business problems.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
