Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events across the network using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct daily vulnerability scans and risk assessments to identify potential threats.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure software development and deployment practices.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff and document security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or network security.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with common attack vectors and defensive methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification preferred.
