Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company assets
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Automate routine tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Python)
- Oversee backup/recovery procedures and disaster planning
- Collaborate with network and security teams for integrated solutions
- Document system configurations and update IT policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong scripting abilities for automation
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
