Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Implement and maintain robust network security protocols
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve incidents
- Develop automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex technical issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or MCSA preferred)
