Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues
- Implement robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Automate workflows using scripting tools (Python/PowerShell)
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
