Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) and Azure services
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS
- Perform disaster recovery planning and regular backup validation
- Automate system provisioning using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues
- Document infrastructure and create SOPs for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
