Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead incident response procedures
- Automate system maintenance tasks using PowerShell/Ansible/SaltStack
- Document processes and maintain comprehensive IT asset inventories
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Datadog
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) essential
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP)
