Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Oversee network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless systems
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and incident response
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid architectures
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
