Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 24/7 monitoring
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise identity solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover procedures
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration
- Conduct security audits and harden systems against emerging threats
- Document infrastructure changes and create technical SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux/Windows Server environments
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CCNP, or CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
