Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019)
- Oversee network security protocols and firewalls
- Implement and monitor backup/recovery solutions
- Diagnose hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and compliance policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Windows/Linux system administration
- Active Security+ or CompTIA Network+ certification
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with VMWare vSphere and Hyper-V
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Ability to work flexible hours on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
