Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS/Azure cloud environments with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor and optimize Linux/Windows server performance across 500+ endpoints
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system architectures and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud focus
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CCP/AWS or Azure certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Datadog)
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting expertise
