Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with network engineers to optimize network performance and connectivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Proficiency in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS) and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.
