Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and incident response
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell and Ansible
- Monitor system performance and capacity planning
- Document SOPs and technical architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing protocols
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Proficient in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
