Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Lead security hardening, compliance auditing, and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance using Splunk, Datadog, and custom monitoring solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure incidents
- Document SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams for operational excellence
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, AD DS)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management
- ITIL/COBIT certified or equivalent operational framework experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
