Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Proactively monitor system performance, security protocols, and backup solutions to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system patching/upgrades with zero downtime
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Python and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot cross-functional infrastructure issues
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation tasks
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience required
- Deep understanding of network fundamentals and security best practices
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, RHCSA)
