Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-grade backup solutions
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure robust security posture through vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Document systems architecture and create operational runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
