Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VM deployment and networking optimization
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans with 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Conduct security audits and implement vulnerability remediation protocols
- Automate routine tasks using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents and user escalations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019/2022
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with AWS/Azure infrastructure management
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
