Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Provide Tier-3 support for system outages and performance issues
- Document SOPs and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or RHCSA)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of Active Directory and DNS
