Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis and deep-dive investigations to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business questions, create reporting requirements, and develop metrics.
- Build and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support ongoing data extraction and reporting needs.
- Present clear, concise, and actionable insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Continuously improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
