Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery testing

- Document IT infrastructure configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019) and Linux distributions
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting
- CompTIA Server+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
