Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network configurations
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN systems
- Execute security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery planning
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and automate system workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architecture and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and server issues
- Excellent communication skills and ITIL/ITSM familiarity
