Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux).
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols and access controls.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Configure and manage Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential downtime.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless application deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
