Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
- Perform routine backups, disaster recovery testing, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and scripting (PowerShell or Bash).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
