- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network configurations
- Automate system maintenance through scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity protocols
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and cross-team collaboration
- Document system architecture and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level systems
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to prioritize incidents
