Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Windows/Linux server infrastructure using VMWare and AWS
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols (Firewall, VPN)
- Perform system hardening, patch management, and compliance auditing
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response procedures
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong problem-solving skills with SLA-driven mindset
