Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor network security protocols
- Configure and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Oversee Active Directory and user account management
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Document system configurations and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of system administration experience
- Strong expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022
- Proficiency with Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and TCP/IP
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
