Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server environments including virtualization platforms
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments across AWS/Azure environments
- Automate system administration tasks using Python/PowerShell scripting
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex technical issues
- Document system configurations and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019/2022
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and Terraform
- Scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
